How do we process your personal information?

We at Dennis School of Traffic are constantly working to comply with the law on GDPR by; keep your personal information up to date, do not keep more personal information about you than necessary, protect your personal information against loss, unauthorized access and misuse.

What categories of personal information does Dennis collect?

We collect organization number / social security number, address, name, telephone number and e-mail address.

Why does Dennis need to collect and store your personal information?

In order for us to be able to offer you our services, we need to collect your personal information so that we can sign agreements, send invoices, provide support and deliver the services we create. The information we use and store is only that which is necessary for this purpose.

What legal basis do we have for the processing of your personal data?

We at Dennis may process your personal data to fulfill your contract, by giving us permission to do so and / or to comply with local and EU laws.

Share your personal information

Your personal data is treated confidentially and is only shared with third parties if you have given us permission to do so, or for legal reasons. These third parties with whom we share your information are obligated and bound by the same laws and regulations as Dennis Traffic School. This is to keep your information secure and to only use this information to fulfill the service they provide through us. When they no longer need your information to fulfill the service, they will send data in accordance with Dennis Traffic School security procedures.

We at Dennis Traffic School never sell your personal information to third parties.

Collected or anonymous data with personal information that has been deleted

We at Dennis Traffic School may from time to time provide third parties with data that has been aggregated and / or anonymized. This means that your personal information that can be used to identify you has been deleted from the information (eg but not limited to: social security number, e-mail, telephone).

How long do we keep your personal information?

We do not keep your personal information longer than necessary for a period of at least 5 years to comply with Swedish rules (SFSA).

Your rights personal data

If you are not covered by an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

“The right to request that Dennis' traffic school correct personal data if it turns out to be incorrect or outdated;

“The right to request that your personal data be deleted where it is no longer necessary for Dennis' driving school (subject to conditions, banking laws and practices, your data is archived and all identifiable information is deleted);

“The right to request that Dennis Traffic School provide you with a copy of your personal information where possible, for the purpose of sending that data directly to another data controller;

“The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request that a restriction be placed on further processing;

“The right to withdraw consent, if we do not have legal grounds for the processing of your personal data;

“The right to submit a complaint to the Data Inspectorate.

Further processing

If we wish to use your personal information for a new purpose, which is not covered by this privacy statement, we will notify you again. That message will explain this new use before starting treatment. Relevant purposes and treatment conditions will also be indicated. We will ask for your consent before the new treatment.

If you have views on how your personal data is processed by Dennis Traffic School or how your expressed views have been handled, you have the right to submit a complaint to Dennis Traffic School's Data Protection Officer at info@denniskorkort.se.
