Rules for rebooking and cancellation

Rebooking and cancellation free of charge is only accepted according to current cancellation rules and only via personal contact: telephone, on site at the reception or to your teacher. Neither answering machine nor e-mail is accepted due to the dispute that may arise if we can not refer to who received your cancellation information.

Rebooking and Cancellation lessons / courses for Motorcycle & Moped

• Start lesson: 1 weekday before no later than 12.00
• Maneuvering lesson: 1 weekday before no later than 12.00
• 6-7, 8-9, Traffic lesson, country road and driving test: 2 weekdays before no later than 12.00
• Intensive course: 14 days before the booked date.
• The risk educations: 7 days before the booked date.
• Moped training: 14 days before the booked date.

Rebooking and Cancellation lessons / courses for Passenger Car (also applies to BE & B96)

• Start lesson: 1 weekday before no later than 12.00
• Driving lesson / Own training check: 1 weekday before no later than 12.00
• Country road, education control: 2 weekdays before no later than 12.00
• Theory and driving test: 2 weekdays before no later than 12.00
• Intensive course: 14 days before the booked date.
• Effective training: 14 days before the booked date.
• The risk educations: 7 days before the booked date.
• Introductory course: 7 days before the booked date.

Courses
Courses must be paid in connection with booking.

Disease
Illness must always be verified with a medical certificate or equivalent in order for you to be charged a lesson / course in the event of late cancellation. We reserve the right to verify certificates that have not been issued by doctors / healthcare facilities.

Payment
The school applies an advance payment. This means that you pay on site at the reception or via e-commerce before the lesson, either individually or by purchasing one of our discounted packages. Discounts cannot be deducted afterwards. Invoicing is handled in collaboration with Klarna AB, which has the legal force to collect our payment claims. In connection with invoicing, we or Klarna AB may request credit information from you. All purchases / payments / gift cards according to the regular price list are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Exceptions apply to current offers.

Exhalation test
I enlighet med STR’s krav tillämpar vi utandningsprov inför lektioner. Skulle ditt utandningsprov bli underkänt får du ej köra din bokade lektion, men måste betala för den bokade tiden.

Refund

If you wish to cancel a purchase, the amount will be refunded in full, provided that you contact us and that any bookings are canceled in accordance with other terms. Consumables such as theory materials and driving license issues are not refundable. - Repayment is free of charge via bank and can take up to 30 days.

Right of withdrawal e-commerce
As a consumer (private person), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received an item we have sent you. The right of withdrawal is regulated in the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59). According to section 4 of this Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance agreements on, among other things:

• A service and fulfillment has begun with the consumer's consent during the withdrawal period, for example a subscription.
• An item which due to its nature cannot be returned or which can quickly deteriorate or become too old.
• A sealed audio or video recording or a sealed program and the seal have been broken.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies, and only if the product is in a substantially unchanged condition. This means that the product can be sold as new to the next customer, without him reacting to the product looking used. You are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal. To avoid problems when you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, contact customer service before sending goods back.

The right of withdrawal does not cover goods purchased at our schools, but only refers to e-commerce.
In invoking the right of withdrawal:

• Notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the order or part of it that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• Return the item complete in product box, if possible with original packaging, as soon as you have notified us that the agreement has been withdrawn. Other outer packaging is of course also fine, as long as the product does not risk being damaged during transport
• Attach account information for refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being received by us.
• The product must be complete. This means that all accessories must be included in the return.

We reserve the right to charge the cost price for the missing parts in cases where the return is not complete. We do not redeem packages against cash on delivery. Uncollected consignment is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Underage
For minor students, the parent's consent is required for them to be allowed to buy services from us.

Deviations / Exceptions
We reserve the right to make different terms in connection with promotions, price adjustments and other changes in our terms regarding payments and repurchases.
